its jus one day after obs and i miss it already.. its great...

it was great.. realli realli great. i love my watch!!! great bonding, great initiative, great instructor. HAhA..

Day 1
woke up early and went to school. waited for ppl to arrive then set off to punggol jetty. waited to be separated into groups. glad to be in the same grp with a brother and sister, aloy and ai lin. went on the spd boat. reached there quite fast. then settled into our watch. learned our watch names. was introduced to our instrutors. when i first saw uncle liew i was like, "diao..".. he soon proved me wrong as he began to spoke of relevant things and taught me values. we waited for zhi jun cos she had to buy her asthma medicine. then when all arrived, we went to change and got ready to learn kayaking in the swimming pool. learn to capsize and rescue. then i got a major cut that was going to slow mi down for the next few days. haix. then i bandaged it and went for belaying. a trial session of belaying then we went to the tripod. it was HIGH.. the mid lvl challenge was ok.. except for the one with only two ropes to stand on and nothing to hold on to.. i had to hold on to the belaying rope and kept walking.. i fell for a while but wobbly got up... then i prayed as i walked. i made it. then everyone also attemoted the HIGHEST challenge. everyone tried it.. i completed it. so did everyone. yi xiang and chester went up blind folded and did it. woot! they completed tat too.. though chester dropped his specs ALL the way down. but it actualli survived without much damage.. just chips at the side. then we had dinner and went to learn at situational leadership. heard raymond yakking then went to find uncle liew and he said that we were all tough ppl, all of us in bo seng. he said, "tough things won't last, but tough ppl like you will last." we went to our dorms and settled down. ppl ard the common area were makin tto much noise and after a scolding or two then everything was peaceful. i did qt. had a talk with aloy and ai lin. then i went to slp.

Day 2
woke up. went to the sea. learnt to kayak. paired with shi jie. capsized in salty water. lots of sand. had a rescue and learnt to climb on double boat. then went to swimming pool for more practice. uncle liewchallanged us to get into a half filled boat. i couldn't do it. but i tried. then we played in the pool.. we were all luffing by the end of it.. then had lunch and went for inverse tower. it was fun. i went with aloy with buddy clip. we climbeed the inside. we climbed rocks on each others side. at the almost top i kept saying the f**k word. cos i was unable to reach to the top. aloy aided mi and i reached it. i confessed my sins to God. the top view was great.i belayed down. then after some time mi and aloy went up the outside challenge. this time without buddy clip but i depended on my brother just as much. i got suck but sze yan found a way. i finally reached the top and this time my word was faith. uncle liew took a picture. we came down. after mild mishap we went to dinner then we were briefed on the next day's sea expedtion. yx and benji were the sea exp leaders. we learnt the signals, prepared and went to slp.

Day 3
we woke up early, had last min preparations and went on the exp. it was tiring. it rained during lunch and mi and shi jie hit into rocks but we managed to reach lunch area. we then continued to paddle and after a long time reached camp 2. 22 km in 7 hrs. we prepared tent and went to wash up. then we had dinner. i was so tired that i broke down. but recovered. "the tough challenges will always be over" - uncle liew. then went to the tunnel. it was total darkness. couldn't see anything. was cool. it took less than 1 min. i had no phobia of dark or small enclosed spaces. we bathed and slpt.

Day 4
woke up. washed up and went for kayaking 1 star assessment. then packed up. at first instructors said that we were late to hand in our stuff so had to drag it back but chester and benji negotiated and the instructors relented. we kayaked back. we went to clean up everything and then went for lunch. after lunch we went to buy souvenirs. bought a turqoise razor back. then went to pack up. found lots of stuff lost and some stuff throw away. lost stuff from store amounted to $39.10. $2++ each. then we took a lasst photo and went home. got our certs n boat and went to punggol jetty. took bus to punggol interchange. then went to tm and watched just like heaven after dinner. sweet. then went home and slp.

i miss my watch. miss uncle liew. miss the times when we 16 worked towards a common goal together. i wanna go back and stay longer. it was great. i love it. i'll forever remember it.
